I've been there and done it myself, and I can help you do it too.

We will gradually introduce small, easily implementable changes to your lifestyle that will snowball over time.  Depending on your specific lifestyle and preferences your weight-loss program will typically involve:


  • An initial assessment of goals, previous attempts to lose weight, roadblocks and life factors.
  • Construction of a flexible, gradually introduced exercise and nutrition plan.
  • Weekly check-ins
  • Unlimited contact via WhatsApp/Email
  • Monthly call to review progress
  • In-person support where possible
  • 10% discount on sports massage (Skipton and surrounding areas)
