Sports Massage

I am a VTCT qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and I am available for appointments at a clinic local within a few miles of Skipton or mobile*

I am also available to support events with pre and post event massage.

1 Hour £50

Half Hour £30

*Mobile appointments may incur travel costs if over 10 miles.

Services available include:

• Sports Massage
• Movement, posture and joint assessment
• Soft Tissue Release/Mobilisation
• Trigger Points
• Myofascial Release
• Flossing (AKA Voodoo Flossing)
• Kinesiology Taping (KT tape)
  

I am registered with the Sports Therapy Organisation and I am fully insured to perform Sports Massage.  I also have a current Enhanced DBS certificate.
