Sports Massage

I am in the final stages of studying Level 4 Sports Massage and I am offering discounted appointments either mobile* or at a clinic local to the Skipton area.

I am also available to support events with pre and post event massage.

1 Hour £45

Half Hour £25

*Mobile appointments may incur travel costs if over 10 miles.

• Sports Massage
• Movement, posture and joint assessment
• Soft Tissue Release/Mobilisation
• Trigger Points
• Myofascial Release
• Flossing (AKA Voodoo Flossing)
• Kinesiology Taping (KT tape)
  

I am registered with the Sports Therapy Organisation and I am fully insured to perform Sports Massage.  I also have a current Enhanced DBS certificate.
