I mainly work with endurance athletes who are looking to complete distances of half marathon and upwards, but I'm also more than happy to work with athletes just starting out, to whom 5km might seem like an overwhelming distance.  When I started running I was around 20 stone, so I know that feeling!

I coach athletes online and over the phone/video call, and in-person dependent on location.  The running coaching package includes:


  • An initial assessment of current abilities, goals and availability 
  • Assessment of running form (either video or in-person) 
  • Tailor made training plan
  • Specific race research and planning including nutrition
  • Plan updated weekly with feedback 
  • Unlimited contact via WhatsApp/Email
  • Monthly call to review progress
  • In-person support at events where possible
  • 10% discount on sports massage (Skipton and surrounding areas)
